Morning Drop Off:

To help reduce traffic, please refer to our Traffic Flow Map prior to dropping your child off at school.

Morning Procedures for Students:

Students will not be supervised in their designated waiting area starting 7:15 AM (daily).  If students arrive on campus prior to adult supervisors, they are expected to wait in their designated waiting area.

Kindergarten - Grade 2 Morning Procedures
  • Students are to sit and wait OUTSIDE of their classroom in a designated waiting area 
  • From 7:15-7:45, one Educational Assistant in each building will monitor students.
  • By 7:45, the Educational Assistant will walk student into the main entrance of their building. 
  • If a lower grade student would like to eat breakfast, he/she may walk to the cafeteria to eat.  Students will need to monitor their own time to be reminded of the  7:15 am breakfast serving time.  Adults will not ask students if they need to eat breakfast in the cafeteria.

Grade 3-5 Morning Procedures

  • Gr. 3-5 students will wait in the cafeteria and sit at their assigned table (same assignment as lunch).
  • Students may not sit at other tables.  No loitering is permitted. 
  • At 7:45 am students will be released to walk to class.

Afterschool Procedures for Kindergarteners (1st week):

For the first week of school, our Support Staff will meet Kindergarten students at the classroom door to escort students to their designated after school pickup area (A-Plus, Bus, Curbside Pickup). This plan and procedure will ensure that our students:
  • Feel safe and secure in getting to their destination.
  • Are taught fastest and safest route to destination, student expectation and behaviors (not running/jumping down stairs, not running to areas etc.​

Afterschool Procedures for K-5 Students:

At then end of school, students report to their designated waiting areas:

A-Plus

Students in Grade K will be picked up from their classrooms by an A-Plus leader.  The leader will escort them to their designated areas.
Students in Grades 1-5 who are enrolled in the A-Plus program will report to the cafeteria to meet their A-Plus leader. 

Bus Riders

All Gr. K-5 students who have applied to ride the school bus home will meet between the cafeteria and office.  A supervisor will meet students there and escort students on the correct bus.

​Curbside Pick Up

All Gr. K-1 students along with their older siblings will be picked up at their designated curbside pick up area (NORTH PARKING LOT)
All Gr. 2-5 students will be picked up at their designated curbside pick up area (SOUTH PARKING LOT)
